  • Gallery at Ideation Orange is 3,000 square feet.

    Our venue accommodates up to 245 people for strolling events and 190 for seated.

  • The following are available for use with your rental:
    - (8) 30” cocktail tables
    - (7) 47”x16” wood gallery benches to accommodate up to 14 people, seated.
    - Configurable soft seating arrangements to accommodate up to 22 people seated
    - ADA compliant restrooms
    - Exposed ceilings with 13’ height
    - Wi-Fi access
    - Security Camera System
    - Gallery lighting
    - Mobile 55” touchscreen display with integrated speakers for presentations

    Additional audio-visual equipment, seating, tables and linens would need to be brought in or rented from an outside vendor. See our preferred vendors list.

  • We recommend you hire an event planner to coordinate the details of your event. Your event planner will interface with our on-site event manager to answer any questions related to the building and the coordination of third-party vendors throughout the process.

  • There are no vendor restrictions, however, we recommend our trusted preferred caterers who are familiar with our facility.

    Bar services must be provided by the contracted caterer. Non-profit organizations may provide their own alcohol.

  • 12-Hour Standard Rentals

    Monday – Wednesday: $1,000

    Thursday, Friday, Sunday: $2,400

    Saturday: $3,600

    Hourly Rentals (4-Hour Minimum)

    Monday – Wednesday: $225/hour

    Thursday, Friday, Sunday: $300/hour

    Saturday: $450/hour

    The adjacent Studio at Ideation Orange may also be added for an additional $1,500. The Studio at Ideation Orange includes an open kitchen, a high table with seating for (8), additional relaxed seating, a screening room that can accommodate 12-15, and a conference room.

    All fees also include an additional $200 cleaning fee.

  • An executed agreement and deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to reserve Gallery at Ideation Orange.

    The remaining balance of the rental fee and any additional service fees (cleaning, security, technology, etc.) will be due 30 days prior to the event.

    Gallery at Ideation Orange accepts check, money order, and all major credit cards with an additional 3% processing fee.

  • There is no refund on rental deposits. if you decide to move the date of the event, you may do so, pending availability. We charge a $500 booking fee for date change.

  • Gallery at Ideation Orange has 16 parking spaces in our dedicated lot. Additional free parking is available on Powell Street. See our preferred vendors list for valet companies for hire.

  • Gallery at Ideation Orange is ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible.
